Returns & Exchanges

If any item fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a replacement, a refund, or another item:

• We accept returns within 14 days of the ship date on all regular collection items, excluding bridal, custom orders, or rings ordered in a specific size, which are final sale. Many rings can, however, be sized.
• If you'd like to exchange our item for a different one within 14 days, no problem (with the exception of sized bridal, stacking rings and custom orders)! Please contact us with your request and we'll let you know the best way to proceed.
• Pack and seal your return securely.

• You must pay for the expense of the return to us, and your original shipping charges are not refundable.
